These Terms of Sale govern the sale of urban adventures through the Global UrbanVentura platform. By purchasing an adventure, you agree to these terms.

2. Purchases

When you purchase an adventure, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the adventure for personal, non-commercial purposes. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

3. Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the adventure. Once an adventure has been started, refunds are at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All adventures, including their content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

5. Disclaimer

Adventures are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that adventures will be error-free or uninterrupted. You participate in adventures at your own risk.
